    1 (19 oz/540 mL) can green lentils, drained and rinsed

    ½ cup (125 mL) fat-free ranch dressing

    ½ tsp (2 mL) curry powder

    2 garlic cloves


Directions

  1. In a food processor, add lentils, ranch dressing, curry powder and garlic. Process to desired consistency. Serve with fresh vegetables or crackers.
