    4 oz (125 g) low-fat cream cheese, room temperature

    ½ cup (125 mL) low-fat cottage cheese

    1 tsp (2 mL) horseradish sauce

    1 tsp (2 mL) Dijon mustard

    ¼ tsp (1 mL) Greek seasoning

    ¼ tsp (1 ml) black pepper, ground

    1 cup (250 mL) green lentils, cooked

    ¼ cup (60 mL) smoked beef or ham, finely chopped

    1 Tbsp (15 mL) radish, minced

    1 Tbsp (15 mL) green onion, finely chopped


Directions

  1. In a food processor, combine cream cheese, cottage cheese, horseradish, mustard, Greek seasoning, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  2. Stir in lentils, smoked meat, radish, and green onion.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for one hour.
  4. Fill celery sticks, cherry tomatoes (tops removed and seeded), and sweet green pepper (cut in wedges).
