3 cups (750 mL) quick rolled oats
1 1/4 cups (310 mL) chopped walnuts, divided
1/4 tsp (1 mL) salt
3 Tbsp (45 mL) melted coconut oil
1/2 cup (125 mL) maple syrup
1 cup (250 mL) cooked green lentils
3 Tbsp (45 mL) almond or peanut butter
1 large egg
1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla extract
1/2 cup (125 mL) chocolate chips
3 Tbsp (45 mL) sweetened condensed milk
