  • 2 Tbsp (30 mL) extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 lb (500 g) whole red lentils, cooked
  • ½ lb (250 g) roasted mushrooms, minced
  • 1 cup (250 mL) yellow onion, minced
  • ¼ cup (60 mL) sundried tomato, minced
  • 2 cups (500 mL) cauliflower, riced
  • 1 cup (250 mL) beets, roasted, small dice

Directions

  1. Place a large rondeau over medium to high heat and add all of the ingredients and sauté for 10 minutes.
  2. Utilize approximately 2 cups (500 mL) of this crumble blend for every 1 lb (500 g) of ground beef in a recipe.
