    3 cups (750 mL) whole red lentils, cooked and drained

    6 cups (1.5 L) broccoli florets, raw

    2 cups (500 mL) strawberries, quartered

    ½ cup (125 mL) sliced almonds, raw

    2 cups (500 mL) shredded Brussels sprouts

    1 cup (250 mL) pomegranate vinaigrette

    2 cups (500 mL) crumbled Feta


Directions

  1. Fold all ingredients together and allow to sit for at least 5 minutes prior to serving.
  2. Serve chilled.
