To make the Cacik (Turkish Yogurt with Cucumbers & Herbs) Ingredients: 1 tsp (5 mL) garlic puree 1 cup (250 mL) plain Greek yogurt (or sub plant-based for vegan option) 2 tsp (10 mL) dried mint ½ cup (125 mL) Persian cucumbers, grated 2 Tbsp (30 mL) extra virgin olive oil ½ tsp (2 mL) kosher salt Directions: Combine all ingredients and store chilled.
