Tacos are always a crowd favourite. This version uses roasted lentils and cauliflower and is big on flavour!

1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
2 cups (500 mL) cooked green lentils
3 Tbsp (45 mL) fresh lime juice, divided
2 Tbsp (30 mL) canola oil
1 Tbsp (15 mL) chili powder
2 tsp (10 mL) cumin
1 tsp (5 mL) coriander
1 tsp (5 mL) salt
1 tsp (5 mL) sugar
1/2 tsp (2 ml) garlic powder
1/4 tsp (1 mL) pepper
1/3 cup (75 mL) sour cream
1 Tbsp (15 mL) chopped cilantro, plus more for garnish
1 tsp (5 mL) hot sauce
10 corn or flour tortillas
OPTIONAL TOPPINGS:
2 avocados, diced
1/2 cup (125 mL) sliced radish
1/2 cup (125 mL) crumbled Feta cheese
