    2 cups (500 mL) whole red lentils, cooked and drained

    3 cups (750 mL) broccoli florets, raw

    1 cup (250 mL) dried cranberries

    1 cup (250 mL) walnut pieces

    1 cup (250 mL) asiago cheese, shredded

    1 cup (250 mL) Thousand Island Dressing


Directions

  1. Fold all ingredients together and allow to sit for at least 5 minutes prior to serving.
  2. Serve chilled.
