½ cup (125 mL) plain Greek yogurt (thick)
½ cup (125 mL) mayonnaise
2-3 whole spring onions, sliced thinly
1 Tbsp (15 mL) honey
1 tsp (5 mL) whole grain mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp (30 mL) lemon juice
1/4 tsp (1 mL) salt
1/4 tsp (1 mL) ground black pepper
2 whole large English cucumbers, thinly sliced
½ small red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup (250 mL) cooked green lentils
2 tsp (5 mL) sweet or hot paprika
