salt & pepper, to taste
1 ½ cups (375 mL) ricotta cheese
3 Tbsp (45 mL) fresh herbs (parsley, basil, or thyme), chopped
3 Tbsp (45 mL) lemon juice
2 baguettes, sliced into about 20 rounds
