  • 2 Tbsp (30 mL) olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp (30 mL) white wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp (15 mL) Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) honey
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) salt
  • 1 tsp (2 mL) pepper
  • 7 cups (1.75 L) cooked whole red (brown) lentils
  • 2 Tbsp (30 mL) minced dill

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, mustard, honey, salt, and pepper.
  2. Toss with lentils to evenly coat. Finish by folding in the dill.

Add this protein topper to salads, bowls, rice or other grains, and more to add a flavor-packed protein punch.
