1 1⁄2 cup (375 mL) cooked or canned lentils, drained and rinsed
1⁄4 cup (60 mL) peanut butter (or almond, sunflower, cashew, etc.)
1 Tbsp (15 mL) canola oil
1 whole ripe banana, chopped
3 Tbsp (45 mL) honey (add more for extra sweetness)
2 tsp (10 mL) vanilla extract
1⁄2 tsp (2 mL) cinnamon
