    20 oz (600 mL) cream cheese, softened

    ¼ cup (60 mL) ponzu

    10 pieces naan bread, lightly toasted on grill or plancha

    2 tsp (10 mL) sesame oil

    1 cup (250 mL) chili crisp

    ¼ cup (60 mL) garlic

    1 lb (500 g) whole red lentils, cooked

    1 lb (500 g) mushrooms, roasted and minced

    1 lb (500 g) walnuts, minced

    2 cups (500 mL) Napa cabbage, shredded

    2 cups (500 mL) carrots, shredded

    2 cups (500 mL) chow mein noodles


Directions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and ponzu. Spread the mixture evenly over each of the flatbreads.
  2. In a large sauté pan over medium-high heat, add oil, chili crisp, garlic, lentils, mushrooms, and walnuts. Cook until warmed through, evenly coated and aromatic.
  3. Add even amounts of the crumble over each flatbread. Top with cabbage, carrots, and chow mein noodles. Enjoy warm.
