Great side for anything that you're putting on the grill!
1 1/2 lb baby potatoes, skin on, cleaned and halved
2 tsp (10 mL) canola oil
dash salt and ground black pepper
1 cup (250 mL) cooked or canned green lentils, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup (125 mL) Greek yogurt
2 Tbsp (30 mL) finely chopped chives
2 Tbsp (30 mL) finely chopped tarragon
1 Tbsp (15 mL) finely chopped parsley
1 Tbsp (15 mL) mayonnaise
1 whole small clove of garlic, minced
1 tsp (5 mL) lemon juice
salt and ground black pepper, to taste
