For a backyard bash, either pre-assemble the bowls or set up a savoury yogurt "bar" where your guests can add the lentil mix and an array of vegetable toppings. The bowls can also be layered parfait style in tall clear glasses.
¼ cup (60 mL) chopped green onion (green part only)
3 Tbsp (45 mL) lemon juice
2 Tbsp (30 mL) chopped cilantro
2 Tbsp (30 mL) canola oil
1 Tbsp (15 mL) garam masala
¼ tsp (1 mL) cayenne
2 cups (500 mL) cooked green lentils
4 cups (1 L) plain Greek yogurt
1 cup (250 mL) chopped cucumber
1 cup (250 mL) shredded carrot
