Gyoza are a popular favourite in Japanese cuisine. You'll be pleasantly surprised at how simple they are to prepare, and thank goodness - because you'll want to have them every week!
1/2 lb (250 g) ground chicken
1/2 cup (125 mL) cooked green lentils
1/4 cup (60 mL) thinly sliced green onion, reserve 1 Tbsp (15 mL) for garnish
2 tsp (10 mL) soy sauce
1 tsp (5 mL) minced garlic
1 tsp (5 mL) minced fresh ginger
1 tsp (5 mL) fish sauce
1/2 tsp (2 mL) lemon juice
1/2 tsp (2 mL) Sriracha sauce
24-30 small wonton wrappers
2 Tbsp (30 mL) canola oil
