There's no better after-school snack than these Garden Tortilla Rollups. Savoury flavours of garlic, chives, dill, sundried tomatoes and earthy lentils in cream cheese are truly irresistible!
5 (9 inch/22 cm) flour tortillas
1 (8 oz/250 g) package, cream cheese, room temperature
1 garlic clove, minced
2 Tbsp (30 mL) thinly sliced chive
2 Tbsp (30 mL )chopped fresh dill
1 Tbsp (15 mL) lemon juice
to taste, salt and pepper
¾ cup (175 mL) cooked green or split red lentils
1 cup (250 mL) finely diced red bell pepper
½ cup (125 mL) grated carrot
¼ cup (60 mL) chopped sundried tomatoes
